Dovetail Software is seeking an exceptional, experienced and results-oriented sales professional to join our sales team. This is your opportunity to represent and sell cutting-edge SaaS based HR software solutions. Attractive candidates will be entrepreneurial, smart, hard-working, and have a relentless ability to close. With the support of your sales engineering team, you will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities, building your pipeline and managing the sales process from start to finish. Candidates can be located anywhere in the country.
Ability to cold call, generate leads and bring those leads to close
Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of a SaaS solution
Technically knowledgeable with the ability to analyze prospects’ environments, identify their business issues and demonstrate how our solutions solve them
Skilled at giving tailored product presentations, applications studies, financial justifications and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of Dovetail products and services
Strength in collaboration and proactive participation with our marketing, sales development, pre-sales and services teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Equally comfortable in live and remote customer meetings
Significant experience selling SaaS/Cloud based CRM/ HCM to C-levels within large enterprise accounts
Proven track record at prospecting and pipeline building
Experience selling to F500 or other large strategic accounts
Experience selling to a broad evaluation team in a complex environment
Proven ability to manage an end-to-end sales cycle, from account planning through opportunity development through close
Experience managing a cross functional team in a complex solution sales environment
Experience as a leader in a team selling environment towards large enterprise organizations
