Customer Implementation & Consulting Specialist

Overview

Dovetail Software is looking for a remote Customer Implementation Specialist. They will be skilled in software project management, customer service, support & configuring SaaS based applications. You will own an implementation from start to finish. Walking customers through the Dovetail project stages, analyzing customer requirements, documenting designs, and configuring the Dovetail tenants ready for go-live, and training customer users and administrators on how to use the Dovetail platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer implementation projects from start to finish
  • Hold design sessions, document requirements, & configure environments.
  • Testing configurations & preparing customers and their tenant for Go Live
  • Leading customer admin and end-user training sessions
  • Focusing on customer delight throughout the customer journey
  • Foster and build strong relationships with our customers

Skills & Requirements

  • Project Management and implementation background, deploying SaaS based applications globally. Ideally within a HR SaaS vendor
  • Project Management certification e.g. PMP, Prince2 or similar
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills - putting the customer first mentality
  • Excellent planning, organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy – Familiar with Database technologies, SaaS applications, AWS, CSV
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product management, development, QA, Support, Consulting

Desired Experience

  • HR Service Delivery Experience would be ideal, but not necessary
  • Experience working with HR teams, HR technology and operations
  • Familiar with Inbound/ outbound email, spf records, FTP over ssh, CSV data feed files, Single Sign On, enterprise report writing skills
