Dovetail Seeker is a simple to use full text search application that allows users to quickly access customer service information stored in either their Dovetail or Clarify CRM environments. Seeker enables users to leverage knowledge stored within their CRM system to get answers and resolve problems in real-time. It works for simple basic search in an easy to use Google-like text box, or for more experienced users, it has advanced search capabilities and queries, as well as advanced search tips to guide the users.

Seeker is available as a standalone product that can easily be integrated within your Dovetail or Clarify environment. Dovetail Agent also uses Seeker to provide powerful search capabilities to its users.
