Dovetail Mobile
Dovetail Mobile opens up a world of information for those that often need it most but don’t have immediate
access to the system from a computer. Support agents, field service personnel, sales representatives,
senior management, and supply and distribution partners can now access critical customer information from
any web accessible mobile phone from anywhere, at any time.
Mobile
provides many of the functional capabilities available with Dovetail CRM or the Clarify software application through an interface designed to work on a mobile phone. Some of the key capabilities include:
Case Management – Review, document, dispatch and close support or service cases
Workgroup Monitoring – Review and take action on case activities by workgroups
Solutions – View all solutions and link or unlink solutions to specific cases
Search – Enter a “Google-like” keyword or case ID search for case or solution details
Customer Communication – Call or email a customer contact related to a case
