Dovetail Software is seeking an exceptional, experienced, and results-oriented sales professional to join our world-class sales team. This is your opportunity to represent and sell cutting-edge, SaaS-based HR software solutions. Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial, smart, hardworking, and have a relentless ability to close. With the support of your sales engineering team, you will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities, building your pipeline, and managing the sales process from start to finish. Fully-embracing “the internet of things”, Dovetail team members can be located anywhere in the country.
- Ability to cold call, self-generate leads, and bring those leads to close.
- Excellent presentation skills (with the ability to present to the highest levels of management) are required.
- Technically knowledgeable with the ability to analyze prospects’ environments, identify their business issues, and demonstrate how our solutions solve them.
- Skilled at giving tailored product presentations, applications studies, financial justifications and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of Dovetail products and services.
- Must have strong decision-making abilities.
- Must be able to work independently.
- 3 to 7 years of experience selling technology-based solutions.
- Enterprise-based software sales experience is a plus.
- Proven track record at prospecting and pipeline building.
